Currently, as a R&D Robotics Engineer at Smith & Nephew Robotics, I am dedicated to advancing intelligent healthcare and contributing to sustaining R&D projects for robotic surgery of knee, hip and shoulders.
As a Systems Engineer (Mechatronics and IoT Lead) for Omnibus Medical Devices (Stealth mode), I developed critical hardware and built software for an airflow based non-invasive novel medical device.
I graduated with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in robotics, control systems, and mechatronics. As a Research Assistant at CMU's Robotics Institute, I have contributed to an advanced robotics project on autonomous E-waste recycling using Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Optimal Controls.
My passion lies in robotic systems engineering and developing realizable or scalable prototypes. I believe in creating purpose-driven mechatronic systems, aligning with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and Kaizen principles.
Beyond academics, I'm a tech enthusiast, avid reader, and engage in discussions on science, tech, and space exploration. I also enjoy swimming, astronomy, and literature.
Let's connect to explore tech and engineering intersections.
